Ethan Nwaneri starts, Eberechi Eze surprise change - Arsenal line-ups vs Burnley

Mikel Arteta will be hoping November is equally as successful for Arsenal after the club won all six of their matches in October without conceding a goal.

Burnley will provide a different type of test on Saturday, however, and the Spaniard knows his side must be at their best to come away from Turf Moor with all three points. "It's a big opportunity that we have ahead of us, but we have to continue with that level of consistency, and we know how difficult that is," Arteta told the media on Friday.

"Tomorrow is going to be an extremely tough match for us, and we're going to have to again hit those performance levels to end the game."

The Gunners could extend their lead at the top of the Premier League to seven points with a win over Scott Parker's side. With that in mind, football.london ’s writers have put their heads together to provide their teams for who they think should be starting on Saturday.

After a raft of changes in midweek, the usual eleven here could return. However, there is a strong argument for rewarding players who performed well in the midweek win over Brighton.

Ethan Nwaneri is the man for me, and he comes into the number ten position with Eberechi Eze, therefore staying wide left. Elsewhere, however, there is very little reason to change much about the team.

Cristhian Mosquera is expected to come in for the injured William Saliba, although the French international is looking to make a return this weekend. Again, a 1-0 win will do Arsenal very nicely.

This is an easy game on paper but a tricky game in reality. Burnley will be bang up for this so Arsenal should not take Scott Parker's side lightly. The defence pretty much picks itself, with the injured William Saliba replaced by the impressive Cristhian Mosquera.

Martin Zubimendi and Declan Rice can continue in midfield, but I wonder if Mikel Merino will join the duo and make up the midfield three. That's because Eberechi Eze could be moved out to the left for this one, allowing Leandro Trossard to make an impact off the bench if required.

Viktor Gyokeres is in need of a goal and will fancy his chances here. The same goes for Bukayo Saka, who started on the bench against Brighton but will be back in from the start for this one.
