Candidates have until today to apply for the posts of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Customer Service Associate. Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidates to apply for these posts has been fixed at 20 years, and the maximum age at 28 years. However, age relaxation will also be provided to the candidates. SC and ST candidates will be given 5 5-year relaxation in the age limit, OBC candidates will be given 3 3-year relaxation in the age limit, and Divyang candidates will be given 10 10-year relaxation in the age limit.
Educational Qualification
To apply for these posts, the candidates must have completed a graduation degree from a recognized institute in India. Apart from this, candidates should have experience in operating and working on a computer. Also, candidates should have other prescribed eligibility requirements.
Application fee
Candidates will also have to pay the application fee to apply. The application fee for SC, ST, and Divyang candidates is Rs 175, and for other candidates, the application fee is Rs 850.
How will the selection be done?
Candidates will be selected on the basis of preliminary examination and main examination. In the preliminary examination, candidates will be asked 100 multiple-choice type questions of 100 marks from English, Numerical Aptitude, and Reasoning subjects. Candidates who pass this examination will be called for the written examination. In the written examination, candidates will be asked 150 multiple-choice type questions of 200 marks.
