Fans of Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli finally have a first look at their highly anticipated collaboration. On Saturday, coinciding with Mahesh Babu’s 50th birthday, the filmmaker and the actor unveiled a teaser poster for the upcoming project, sharing it on their social media accounts with the hashtag #GlobeTrotter. While it remains unclear whether this is the official title or a promotional tag, the makers confirmed that the full reveal will arrive in November 2025.
Teaser Poster Sparks Speculation

The poster shows a close-up of Mahesh Babu’s chest, clad in a rugged vest partially smeared with blood. Around his neck hangs a pendant featuring Lord Shiva’s trishul and the sacred bull Nandi, hinting at possible mythological influences. The minimal reveal keeps the actor’s face hidden, adding to the intrigue.

Mahesh Babu expressed his gratitude to fans, stating that he is just as eager as they are to see the full reveal later this year.


Rajamouli, in a statement shared on X (formerly Twitter), explained that the film’s scale is too vast to be captured through simple images or press events. He said the team is preparing a special showcase to capture the story’s depth and immersive world, aiming for a “never-before-seen” reveal in November.

According to reports cited by Hindustan Times and Indian Express, the film is set to be a globe-spanning jungle adventure with high-octane action sequences, inspired by African exploration legends. Production officially began in January 2025 following a puja ceremony, and shooting is expected to resume in August after extensive pre-production work.

Alongside Mahesh Babu, the film features Priyanka Chopra in a key role, although she has yet to share the teaser on her social platforms. Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran has confirmed his involvement, while R Madhavan is rumoured to join the cast. The screenplay is penned by Rajamouli’s father and frequent collaborator, Vijayendra Prasad.
