Kerry Katona's surgery disaster as she prepares to go under the knife again

Kerry Katonahas confessed that she is set to go under the knife again, after failing to rest up properly after herlatest boob job back in August- her fourth to date, and she's feeling nervous about the prospect.

The Celebs Go Dating star, now happily loved up with new man, PT andsingle dad-of-two Paulo Margaglione, admitted: "At the time of writing this, I’ve finally got a weekend off from the tour - which is a rare occasion. It will be nice to have a few days in my own bed, but it’s not going to be a relaxed weekend, unfortunately. I’ve got to go for a pre-op appointment, which is a little nerve-wracking."

Kerry, 44, added in her exclusive column for OK!: "After having my boobs done earlier this year, I didn’t rest enough and was told that my scar tissue has ruptured. So, I’ve basically got to get the surgery again to fix that, which is a pain, but it is my own fault! The surgery is next month, when the tour is finished, so i can properly rest this time. I’m looking forward to being all recovered. My chest looks a little cross-eyed at the moment!"

The star's latest surgery journey had already had its bumps in the road. In April, she confessed that her children - Kerry is a doting mum to Molly, 23, Lilly, 23, Heidi, 17, Max, 16, and DJ, 10 - were begging her not to rebook her latest boob job after an unexpected surgery setback left her unable to go under the knife.

Kerry previously explained that herdaughters begged her to 'leave it for now' when she considered rebooking her boob job after her recent trip to Thailand put a spanner in the works.

She wrote: "I headed to get my boob job the other day and ended up not being able to get it done, I didn’t realise that you can’t get surgery after flying and I had just returned from Thailand. It’s a shame, but I’m glad Pall Mall Cosmetics - where I was booked in - take safety so seriously and put regulations above the procedure.

Kerry confessed that she already has plans to go under the knife during the summer. "I could have rebooked it, but I’m going back to Thailand next week so I would have had to cancel my trip and the kids told me to just leave it for now. Molly, Lilly and Heidi all said, 'Go to Thailand, don’t get your boobs done!', I think they just don’t want me getting any more surgery! I’m going to leave it until summer when I’m less busy."

After showing off herslimmed down figure in recent months, dropping to a petite dress size 6, Kerry - who first went under the knife over 20 years ago - admitted that she was missing the larger chest she'd had before her weightloss and had decided to take action.

Back in 2004, she decided to have breast implants after splitting from her husband of the time, Brian McFadden. Four years later, Kerry had her implants taken out and her boobs lifted, in what she dubbed a ‘double bubble’ surgery - which was covered by MTV.

In 2021, Kerry went back under the knife for breast implants, which she later had reduced, admitting to regrets over the procedure. While Kerry hasn’t had any surgery on her body in recent years, she did go under the knife twice during 2024. Once was for a “eye lift” blepharoplasty surgery and a second time for a nose surgery to repair the damage caused by historic drug use.
