We're reaching the business end of the Paris Masters, as Jannik Sinner will face Felix Auger-Aliassime in Sunday's final. The Italian thrashed an ailing Alexander Zverev in Saturday's semi-final, as defending champion Zverev battled an ankle issue. Meanwhile, Auger-Aliassime beat tricky Kazakh Alexander Bublik.
Sinner can overtake Carlos Alcaraz and return to No. 1 in the world if he claims his first title here, as Alcaraz was dumped out by Cameron Norrie in the Spaniard's opening match. There's also a lot on the line for the Canadian. Auger-Aliassime is hunting the biggest title of his career, and if he can claim the trophy, he will also qualify for the ATP Finals.
Novak Djokovic is not involved in the Paris Masters, having decided to skip the event for the second year in a row, but he has learned his fate in the draw of next week's ATP 250 in Athens.
And over in Riyadh, the WTA Finals are underway. Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina both needed around an hour to win their opening group stage matches, while world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka and defending champion Coco Gauff will be in action on Sunday.
