In what may be considered a security breach, a man attempted to jump a barricade for a closer look at PM Narendra Modi, whose convoy was passing South End Circle in Bengaluru on Sunday. However, police restrained him and escorted him away. He was let off after a warning. Crowds had gathered in the park at the circle to catch a glimpse of the PM, who was travelling from KSR Railway Station - after flagging off three Vande Bharat trains - to Ragi Gudda Metro Station for Yellow Line inauguration in Bengaluru. The man jumped over the park's grill, landed on the footpath, and moved towards the barricade before being intercepted by security personnel.
